Consists of two 20-foot containers including:
1. Container with electric power supply (diesel generator):

• unheated-to-boiling water unit
• 3,000 liter water tank
• tank for diesel fuel
• equipment for delivery of water jets and clouds of TAW

2. Container with equipment for supplying TAW clouds for extinguishing complex fires

The special fire-fighting vehicle includes:

• electric power unit (generator)
• unit for production of hot and non-boiling water from which the water in the meta-stable phase is obtained
• water tank with a capacity of 3,000 liters
• equipment for supplying water jets and clouds of TAW
• truck chassis
